juice crash diets that work

juice crash diets that work

hello friends! welcome to fit tuber. the fat percentage of our body depends 80%on what we eat and only 20% on how much we exercise. one need not starve himself or herself tolose weight.

juice crash diets that work, all you need to do is eat the right food incorrect quantity. so here i share with you my 12 tips. 12 tips that will help you lose weight effectively. in india, we eat too many carbohydrates.

when we eat carbohydrates more than what ourbody can utilize, it gets converted to fat. but how do we know how many carbohydratesdo have to eat to lose fat? well, it's simple. just find out your weight in kilograms andadd 10 to it. these are roughly the amount of carbohydratesthat you should be eating per day. for example if my weight is 80 kg, i shouldbe eating around 80+10 i.e. around 90 grams of carbohydrates to lose fat. now, you may ask how to calculate the amountof carbohydrates that we are eating per day. well, there are a lot of free apps that willhelp you count your macros.

some of the best are healthify me and myfitnesspal. you can download them. or else google, you know google has answersto almost everything. now, when i say carbohydrates, i mean complexcarbohydrates. complex carbohydrates are basically wholegrains. they are high in fiber and help in reductionof fat. i have talked about complex carbohydratesin detail in my grocery shopping video, the link to which is down in the description. protein not only helps in muscle buildingbut also reduction of fat.

when we eat protein, the body finds it a littledifficult to break it down. so, eating protein keeps us satiated for alonger period of time. and we do not crave for other foods. moreover, protein is essential for the dailyrepair of the body, skin and hair health. so even if you are not working out, you needprotein (in grams) equal to your weight in kilograms. for example if my weight is 80 kg, i shouldbe eating around 80 grams of protein per day. and if i am working out, i should be eatingdouble of it. i have seen people who stop eating healthyfats like almonds and peanut butter thinking that it will make them gain weight.

well, that is not true. actually good fat cuts bad fat. moreover, the body needs daily dose of essentialfatty acids. so make sure you eat 50-60 grams of healthyfats every day. it is extremely helpful to cut the lower bellyfat. a raw vegetable salad may comprise of carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, beetroots etc. just sprinkle lemon juice on it and it isgood to go. you can include it half an hour before lunch, dinneror both. trust me, you will be surprised to see it'sbenefits.

dairy products are loaded with saturated fat. our body does not require more than 15-20grams of saturated fat per day. so, it is advisable to use low fat versionsof milk, curd, cottage cheese and other dairy products. since long, we have been using too much oilfor cooking. when oil burns, it gets converted to bad fat. using a cooking spray will reduce your dailyoil intake significantly. zero calorie cooking sprays are easily availablein the market. i have linked one down in the description. practice drinking 3 liters of water everyday.

make sure to drink water in between the mealsand not with meals. drinking enough water keeps the metabolismup and promotes reduction of fat. well, some people may disagree but i believein the studies which suggest that skipping breakfast makes you gain weight. this is because when you skip breakfast, yourbody craves for food throughout the day. and you actually end up eating more food. not only this, skipping breakfast has otherharmful effects on the body. so instead of skipping the breakfast i wouldsuggest you to keep it heavy and balanced. science has confirmed time and again thatlack of proper rest can affect your waistline.

sleep depriviation affects your brain in such away that your body craves for more food but does not process it efficiently. so make sure you have a sound sleep of 7-8hours daily. regular exercise will speed up the fat lossprocess. so try to spare at least 30 minutes in themorning or evening to workout. weight training surely helps but your focusshould be on cardio. i have posted some videos which may help youlose fat at home. the only supplement that you may require isa whey protein isolate. whey protein is a milk based protein.

it is safe and does not have any side effects. the best time to have whey protein is postworkout with water. however, if you do not workout you can stillhave whey protein. specially, if you are a vegetarian findingit difficult to complete your daily protein intake. there is no need to buy any fat burners. in this regard i have shared a fat cutterdrink recipe, make sure you add that into your diet. well, all the points go for a toss if youare eating junk food regularly. one can not stay on track if he/she eat regularlyfood outside. this is because the outside food is eitherloaded with sodium or sugar.

where sodium leads to water retention, sugaris nothing but empty calories. once in a while is ok but make sure you eatmost of the food cooked at home. even at home, you can use healthy alternativesto sugar and salt. like instead of using the normal salt, youcan use black salt or rock salt. you can fulfill your sugary cravings by havingnatural sweeteners like fruits, maple syrup, stevia, jaggery, raw honey etc. so friends, follow these twelve tips and iassure you will see results coming your way. so friends i hope you found this video helpful. well if you did, do give it a thumbs up.

and also please do remember to subscribe tomy channel. my name is vivek, i thank you so much forwatching.

japanese crash diets

japanese crash diets

we start this episode in ueno at inaricho aizawa rice shop they sell rice from 24 prefectures both in shop and online this is the owner, toshiyuki aizawa

japanese crash diets, welcome! thank you for coming! his shop is full of bag of rice and he knows a great deal about the subject and i had a lot of question about japanese rice

there is a lot more to talk about with aizawa san first, i head to a rice paddy for taue at one of top japan's sake makers, "dassai" "dassai"'s rice comes from hyogo prefecture, north of kobe the area is perfect for rice, used in sake joining me were area locals, and school children interested in learning more on the old tradition of rice planting

a good pair of boots really helps if you're standing for hours in the paddy and that paddy is more than just water every step you take.....you sink in about 20cm or something like that so this is where rice grows gross the most popular variety of rice used for sake is called and it's pre-grown before being re-planted in the paddy

pinch off several stems of the root and submerge the stem into the mud keeping the top above water it seems easy to do, but.... it's really a skill when you have to fill in an entire paddy how do they do it? they are way ahead of me they must have some sort of secret power or

a secret style... that i don't know about their rows are absolutely perfect what are we doing wrong? not many people plant rice by hand these days it's more of an opportunity to keep the old way and bring the community together that's one of the importance of rice in japan rice paddies are teaming with life

from frogs and beatles to some of the more dangerous looking creatures a farmer called me to show me one of them a snake japanese snakes aren't (generally) poisonous but... no snakes were harmed in filming this episode here is a policeman trying taue for the first time they are so fast planting by hand

a skill the old timers still have they move with skill and accuracy sharing a day together planting rice was a great memory so much so, that when i eat rice i'm reminded of the hard work required to make each bite it's also a reminder of the overall importance of rice to japan

what a day as you can see, i got my hand dirty and that's sort of the point you get to feel the earth you get to touch the rice you put it into the ground and see it grow and that has kind of a spiritual meaning these days you don't have to get your hands dirty we've got machines for that

the rice planting machine is awesome it's built to weather the deep mud it gets loaded up, and plants the rice seedling evenly without wasting space what took a full day with group of people planting by hand now takes less than an hour with one machine

i wanted to harness this power and give it a try no one is going to turn over an expensive piece of equipment to a beginner like me without some training it's like a car with many levers and controls slowly bring the steering wheel back step on the pedal and plant the rice as you advance

ready? ok! let's go! like this? my greatest worry was swerving and not maintaining a straight line this isn't the indianapolis 500, but... it's still a lot of fun! using this lever

now the line starts over there did he say speed up? more? more?? more???? take the pedal off ahhhhh! who's in control??

who's in control??? this is really cool! i just don't want to crash it one of the coolest thing i've done in japan rice planting with a machine i can understand more of the significance of rice it's part of japan's soul in bowls to eat in the sake to drink

grown in the sun given to gods for worship and used in ceremony and prayer this is my neighbor, mr. seiichi and he's been eating rice, all of his life he's 94 years old so that's a lot of rice how has it changed since the early 1900s? so, eating a 100% white rice

was a real luxury back then rice is harvested and the product looks like this it still has the husk on it loaded with vitamins and minerals aizawa san takes 2kg from the bag then puts it in a machine most people do this because not only tastes better,

but increases the shelf life this is the white rice we often see in sushi or by itself on the breakfast lunch or dinner table we weigh it again and now, it's only 910 grams losing more than half of its weight cooked in a suihanki, or rice cooker it's ready to be eaten aizawa-san turns it

then serves it in a bowl he recommends chewing it 30 to 40 times before swallowing because the saliva enhances the flavor and improves digestion so, when you come to japan and get a bowl of rice to eat or drink it as a sake don't forget the significance of rice in japan

every grain is important good to the last bite

high fiber low fat diet pros and cons

high fiber low fat diet pros and cons

your brain on food if you sucked all of the moistureout of your brain and broke it down to its constituentnutritional content, what would it look like? most of the weight of your dehydrated brain would come from fats,

high fiber low fat diet pros and cons, also known as lipids. in the remaining brain matter, you would find proteins and amino acids, traces of micronutrients, and glucose.

the brain is, of course, more thanjust the sum of its nutritional parts, but each component does havea distinct impact on functioning, development, mood, and energy. so that post-lunch apathy, or late-night alertnessyou might be feeling, well, that could simply be the effectsof food on your brain. of the fats in your brain, the superstars are omegas 3 and 6.

these essential fatty acids, which have been linked to preventingdegenerative brain conditions, must come from our diets. so eating omega-rich foods, like nuts, seeds, and fatty fish, is crucial to the creation and maintenanceof cell membranes. and while omegas are good fatsfor your brain,

long-term consumption of other fats, like trans and saturated fats, may compromise brain health. meanwhile, proteins and amino acids, the building block nutrients of growthand development, manipulate how we feel and behave. amino acids contain the precursorsto neurotransmitters, the chemical messengers that carrysignals between neurons, affecting things like mood, sleep,

attentiveness, and weight. they're one of the reasons we might feelcalm after eating a large plate of pasta, or more alert after a protein-rich meal. the complex combinations of compounds in food can stimulate brain cells to releasemood-altering norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin. but getting to your brain cells is tricky,

and amino acids have to competefor limited access. a diet with a range of foods helps maintain a balanced combination of brain messengers, and keeps your mood from getting skewedin one direction or the other. like the other organs in our bodies, our brains also benefit from a steadysupply of micronutrients. antioxidants in fruits and vegetables strengthen the brain to fight offfree radicals that destroy brain cells, enabling your brain to work wellfor a longer period of time.

and without powerful micronutrients, like the vitamins b6, b12, and folic acid, our brains would be susceptible to brain disease and mental decline. trace amounts of the minerals iron, copper, zinc, and sodium

are also fundamental to brain healthand early cognitive development. in order for the brain to efficientlytransform and synthesize these valuable nutrients, it needs fuel, and lots of it. while the human brain onlymakes up about 2% of our body weight, it uses up to 20% of our energy resources. most of this energy comes from carbohydrates that our body digests into glucose,or blood sugar. the frontal lobes are so sensitiveto drops in glucose, in fact,

that a change in mental functionis one of the primary signals of nutrient deficiency. assuming that we are gettingglucose regularly, how does the specific type of carbohydrates we eat affect our brains? carbs come in three forms: starch, sugar, and fiber. while on most nutrition labels,

they are all lumped into one total carb count, the ratio of the sugar and fiber subgroupsto the whole amount affect how the body and brain respond. a high glycemic food, like white bread, causes a rapid release of glucoseinto the blood, and then comes the dip. blood sugar shoots down, and with it, our attention span and mood. on the other hand, oats, grains, and legumes have slower glucose release, enabling a steadier level of attentiveness.

for sustained brain power, opting for a varied diet of nutrient-richfoods is critical. when it comes to what you bite, chew, and swallow, your choices have a directand long-lasting effect on the most powerful organ in your body.

healthy food for 14 year olds

healthy food for 14 year olds

*intro music* two-thousand families in britain have a child born with a genetic disorder that makes them fixated by food. she thinks about food almost twenty-four seven. i wouldn't be surprised if she actually dreams about it sometimes.

healthy food for 14 year olds, there's one occasion where she ate cat poo *inaudible* rebecca's life revolves around food. that's her whole life. and it does cause a lot of tension.

the urge to feed the hunger can drive people to desperate lengths when i was younger i used to rummage bins and when i got angry i used to kick the kitchen door down one front bit came out as you can see right in here *inaudible yelling* he has attacked me in the past you don't know when hes going to flip so it's like living with a wild animal if i eat more and more i will just... die weight gain can be rapid. leading to obesity, disease and early death its like an obsession that takes her over

i eat chocolates and biscuits and stuff she is not capable of controlling her own weight i said it was like a prison cell and it is like a prison cell if she had complete freedom... she would eat herself to death *crying* wake up, its time to get out of bed darling. you alright? i knew something was wrong when i was pregnant she shouldve been... moving inside of me which she wasn't

it was just the worst case scenario rebecca m. is eleven years old and already weighs eleven stone (154 lbs) she was born with a genetic disorder called prader–willi syndrome or pws pws is caused by deletion or damage to chromosome 15 the affects are physical, mental, emotional and incurable i said, we might as well just kill her now then. there's no point in her goin' on children with pws soon develop a powerful obsession with food she used to steel fruit from the fruit bowl, other peoples food off their plates if they weren't watchin' uh, she would go down the bins

rebecca would eat almost anything i remember the day that she ate the cat poo and i had to wash her mouth out i mean it was nothing to her.. but the taste must've been vile some families resort to locking up food cupboards rebeccas house has an alarm in the kitchen so, if rebecca comes this far the alarm will pick her up and the alarm will go off despite all this rebecca is getting bigger and her problems look set to multiply they don't make school uniforms in rebecca's size. do they? so *inaudible* has made us some clothes

are you gonna go down and do your lunch box and daddy will check it in a minute? rebeccas brain never signals when shes full up so shes always hungry rebecca thinks about food, i think, every minute of our life and its food thats often the cause of her temper tantrums when rebecca goes into one of her tantrums it can be absolutely over nothing or it could be over something really important rebecca's lunch box is checked every day to make sure shes not sneaked in something naughty but this morning shes more interested in the cat food its not just food, pws causes a wide range of learning disabilities

so rebecca gets special needs support at her local primary school i do worry sometimes about when rebecca goes to school about what sort of a day shes gonna have whether shes gonna be happy how many boys are gonna pick on her today prader–willi syndrome is caused by a damaged chromosome but it affects the home of rebeccas body its not just the case of the eating. *inaudible* where the brain doesn't tell the stomach its full up it's her sexual development, its her mental development, its her social development, its everything about two-thousand people in britain have pws theres no cure

but, with careful management can it be controlled? at 18 stone (252 lbs) katy williams has fought the disorder for all of her twenty-three years when she was born we were told shed be dead by the time she was in her late teens or early twenties she wouldve over eaten herself to death she was slim... till she left school and then college was bad and then since shes finished college its disastrous its a cruel twist of pws that katie needs only half of the calories needed by the average women this is because her poor muscle tone doesn't burn up calories as fast katies daily limit is just 900 calories

she loves biscuits shes never allowed to have them she never has chips or burgers or fried tings or roast potatoes its quite difficult when you think of it how their all pleasures for the rest of us katy lives above the pub runned by her divorced dad she is independent much more than many with pws but her freedom comes at a price not only does dad count her calories he also counts her cash generally speaking if she wants something i give her money for it but i like to see receipts when she comes back now i partly live independently, cooking my own meals and i choose what i want to eat

katie keeps hunger pounds at bay with low calorie lunches and heaps of vegetables for her evening meal katie believes she can live independently with pws will katie ever realize her dream and just why despite her dads best efforts is she piling on the pounds she wont admit this, if she had complete freedom she would eat herself to death its not just her size that makes life difficult for 11 year old rebecca m. pws gives her weak muscles and a lack of coordination. this makes even the simplest physical activity like getting up off the floor an ordeal like a big beached whale is my becca she can't just get up like you or i would do she would have to sorta roll over and go on her knees probably and climb up something she couldn't do it quickly

suppose if she was sat at dinner she might get up a bit quicker but no she does everythin' in slow motion rebecca is never out of hospital with her weight and growth related problems i think where her spine has begone to curve she has been getting a lot of pain so i think maybe she's looking into where there was a problem with her spine put this ear here. put this ear here does that hurt? no no yeah.

it does? yeah. i've seen enough. when people look at rebecca now they just assume shes just a very overweight eleven year old they wouldnt say "that child's got pws" even in hospital staff can miss judge the impact of a treat lady: i might be able to find you a sweetes. what would you like a couple? mom: no, just the one! lady: oh, just the one? lady: it is nearly christmas mom mom: no, just the one! lady: would you be aloud to take a couple? mom: no, thank you, just the one.lady: oh, dear. if you're given more than one at a time next time she goes back she'd want one or more. so, i think one was enough. wasn't it?

it's six-thirty in the morning in bristol. time for twenty-three year old katie williams to get up for work she wears an oxygen mask because her weight is begging to cause her breathing difficulties

healthy easy diets that work fast

healthy easy diets that work fast

hi youtube friends! so it is a normal partof life to go out to eat and sometimes we end up having to eat at places we don't necessarilywant or we have to end up getting fast food. because you're on a road trip and you ateall the food you brought or whatever. i don't know. and as a disclaimer, i'm just sayingfrom the start that you don't have to of course eat fast food or any of the food that i'mshow you. but if those situations come up

healthy easy diets that work fast, and you find yourself having to go out toeat, i'm just going to show you today in this vlog style video some of the healthier optionsand healthier places where you can find healthier options for food. so our first stop is subway! [laugh] we don'thave to get you in it. so i actually like

subway. you can get healthy things. the problemis people, not everyone, a lot of people think that something from subway is inherently healthybecause it's from subway, which it's not. there's a lot of delicious unhealthy thingsyou can get at subway. so i have the nutrition facts pulled up which i'll link all of thenutrition links for places we go in this video below. but they make it pretty easy becausethey put all of the less than six grams of fat sandwiches at the top. one thing thatpeople always seem to forget is you can get a salad at subway, if you want. so that islike the healthiest option. but i don't like salad so i got a sandwich and what i got isthe oven roasted chicken breast on wheat. and i got some swiss cheese, all of the vegetablesexcept for jalapenos.

so a few things about this sandwich: one,you obviously don't have to get swiss cheese if you want to cut out some calories and fat.two, the bread. a lot of people think that the flat bread is healthier which i wish itwere, right? because it's less - like so much less bread but it's not. it's actually likethe same nutritional stats, calories, i mean about the same. they're all about same: calories, carbs, fat, protein. and none of the breads actually are truly whole wheat. actually,i take that back. the whole wheat flatbread, which i think is pretty new is whole wheat, but like this wheat, actually this is the honey oat. honey oat is actually the sameas the nine grain wheat bread but neither of them are whole wheat. they both have enrichedwhite flour which if you watch my how to choose

bread episode you'll know what that means.if you haven't you go watch now. pretty much the point is none of these aretruly wheat bread so it doesn't really matter which one you get they all like pretty muchhave white grain, refined grains but it is what it is. like i said you really want thehealthy choice go with salad but otherwise i went with this. and i do the oven roastedchicken breast because it's lean and it's a little more substance when i get like thoselittle turkey slices on here. it feels like i'm eating just bread with like a very thinamount of meat in it so i don't really like it. but more protein and this is still almost400 calories in this sandwich. i'll bring up the full stats. [snap] did you get thatsnap? but, you know, moderately healthy and

then of course as with the case with anything,it all depends on what you're going to eat the rest of the day to balance it out. and i don't ever get a drink because i alwaysbring my wa-wa bottle - it's my water bottle. and i just drink water all day long. and ilove chips on my sandwich so i brought some crunchy chips. sour cream and onions, thebest. and i like to just layer these on. oh and another thing to discuss is the mustard.mustard is like the healthiest condiment you can get because it's pretty much, there'sno fat, it's really like five calories per teaspoon and very minimal carbs so if youlike mustard you like something healthy. if you've never put chips on your sandwich you'vebeen missing out and you need to try it.

hey guys! so it is day two and today we aregoing to mcdonald's. i figure we have to do one true fast food place and we're just goingto go all out and do it. and i'm feeling pretty anxious, a little bit nervous because i haven'teaten mcdonald's in like literally, years. obviously because mcdonald's just not goodfor you. it's just a lot of fat, a lot of calories and the ingredients: nobody reallyknows what they are. you see those terrifying videos of burgers that last a month and lookexactly the same that’s pretty creepy. but, to be honest, part of me is also anxious becausei really like mcdonald's. i mean i like the way it tastes. i know it's terrible for me,it's like - and that's why i don't eat it. i never eat it but that doesn't mean thati don't think it tastes good and so i'm sad

that i can't really, for this video rightnow, go order a big mac and fries instead of what i'm going to order to make a healthychoice. but anyways, that the point, right? to show that there are healthier options. and also, just goes to show if you reallydon't want to eat something you don't have to because i've avoided eating it for yearsand it's not like the opportunity has never come up. so, that being said, i actually thinkmacdonald's breakfast, you can find a lot more healthy options - you can find a lotof unhealthy options too but you can find some healthy options. and the same goes forsubway the other day which i didn't mention but subway's breakfast also is pretty good.so, today we're doing mcdonald's and what

are the healthy choices? so i spent a lotof time on their website looking at the nutrition and i actually have to give them some props, some snaps because their nutrition presentation is very readable. it's like, it's super easyto digest. they make it all very accessible and prettymuch you have no excuse to not look at it. that being said, there aren't very many goodthings - "good for you" things. so a lot of people think usually going and getting a saladis better and that might be the case but it's not at mcdonald's. at mcdonald's i think allof the salads have just as many calories and fat, if not more, than some of the small burgersor cheese burgers. and if that's the case i'm not going to get a salad, right? alsothis video would be no fun if i went to every

fast food restaurant and just told you toget a salad, coz you already know that. one note about that: when you're looking at thenutrition on mcdonald's, stuff online, their salads, that like however many, 290, 300 calorieswhatever does not include the salad dressing which a lot of times is like 100 to 200 caloriesmore and a bunch of fat. so by the time you add that on you might aswell get the big mac. also, something else i considered getting was the snack wrap - thegrilled, honey mustard one or ranch ones or whatever. those are also lower in caloriesand fat but they're still about the same as the small burgers and they're much smaller.so i'm like that's definitely not going to fill me up. so i really had to spend a lotof time to decide what i could get that was

going to satisfy me, make me feel full, makeme feel like i'm eating something i want to eat, and make me leave without feeling bad.so there is really only one thing on the menu that would work. and the meal is the grilledchicken sandwich. it's the winner meal. so let's just talk about the sandwich for a second.look how perfect it looks. it's kinda creepy. this sandwich is originally, as it is normally, like 350 calories with 9 grams of fat. but if you ask for it with no mayonnaise it goesfrom 9 grams of fat to 3.5 grams of fat. it's pretty crazy that like half the fat is fromthe mayonnaise. so i just asked for it with none and i’m going to use some mustard toflavor it up coz i told you at subway that mustard is like the healthiest condiment.and you got the lettuce, the tomato and the

chicken. so that's my sandwich and it's goingto be much more satisfying than a salad or one of those small wraps. it's a decent size. now is this healthy? is this like the healthiestthing i could eat in the world? no, of course not. but is it one of the better options atmcdonald's if i am somehow forced to eat here. yes. so i get to still enjoy my meal and iget to leave without feeling bad. and also, i didn't get any fries but i did get someapple slices. it looks like there's like some 3 or 4 whole slices in here. so i will enjoymy apple slices. i will enjoy my sandwich and of course, i didn't need a coke coz igot my wa-wa bottle. hmmm, not bad. so now this sandwich is only 300 calories and 3.5grams of fat so not too shabby.

alright it's day three and it's not actuallythe third day. i figured i should actually clarify this. i'm not eating all these foodsin the same day or even in back-to-back days. this is like over an extended period of time.so yeah, i don't eat a lot of fast food and even if i do i try not to make it very frequently.but first update: mcdonald's made me and christian very sick. three hours after we ate thosesandwiches we felt terrible and the next day i felt terrible. and at the gym, all the wayit felt heavier and i'm convinced it was from the mcdonald's. i do not feel inclined toeat it again. the sandwich tasted fine but i think it's just coz i don't - i'm not usedto eating that kind of food. so anyway, that was bad but, there you go. if you don't eatit very much be prepared to be sick if you

decide to eat it. it is a rainy day and on rainy days christianand i like to get starbucks. really we actually like to get starbucks on any day but we trynot to go every day because it's very expensive. and you actually can get quite a few thingsat starbucks that aren't bad for you. like if you just get plain coffee or tea, right?and not like a little bit of soy milk or even home milk or creamer - if you're just addinglike a little bit it's not so bad. but starbucks becomes a problem with all of the specialtydrinks. so my personal favorite is the peppermint mocha which unfortunately they don't haveany more coz it's not the holidays. but i like to get it every once in a while and ifyou get things skinny at starbucks then it

means they'll use nonfat milk and they'lluse their sugar free sweetener so it does use splenda which is sucralose in their sweetenerand i try not to consume artificial sweeteners very often. at home i just use stevia. but if i go out...alsostarbucks doesn't have stevia out as a sweetener so i usually like will carry some in my purseor if i really need to sweeten it then i just have to use splenda but i try to avoid thatif i can. but anyways, the point is their skinny drinks use splenda so if you're someonewho doesn't like consuming splenda then you don't want to get it skinny. if you don'tget it skinny, it's going to have a lot more calories in it, but it's sweetened with refinedsugar so some people would say it's worse

to have refined sugar and some people wouldsay it's worse to have the chemicals. i’m not going to debate about that right now.but it is what it is and let's see what i'm going to get today. i like the cake pops.when i come for breakfast - if i have to eat breakfast at starbucks - i like to get theoatmeal because it's one of the lower calorie things but also you can customize it so anyof those add-ins like nuts and dried fruit and brown sugar. all come in individual packets. so you candecide how much you want to put in. all these sandwiches also, the under 300 calorie onesare pretty tasty. they're a little small for me, for a breakfast but pretty tasty. butthey are all on white bread. starbucks why

don't you have a whole wheat bread yet? soalso these little bistro boxes, they seem pretty healthy but when you look at them theyactually have a lot of calories. this one has 420 calories and 24 grams of fat. it isthe smoked salmon and cream cheese one. so even though they look healthy - go go goodnessedamame, 540 calories, 31 grams of fat - even though they look healthy they're pretty caloricallydense so i would not probably eat one of these for like a meal and specially because thisis not going to fill me up. so that wouldn’t work. alright, so in starbucks i got a skinny caramellatte with soy milk. so if you get a normal skinny vanilla or skinny caramel latte, itmeans it comes with nonfat milk and the sugar

free syrup and it's like a hundred calories.but since i got soy milk, it adds like 30 or 40 calories. i just prefer soy milk becauseof the taste. it's not healthier than nonfat milk or anything. and actually soy milk hasa little bit of fat. one good thing to keep in mind at starbucks is they'll prepare yourdrink pretty much however you want so one thing i'll do with the sugary sweetened drinkswith the syrup sometimes is you can ask for it with half the pumps. so if it usually comeswith three or four pumps they'll do two pumps instead of four or whatever. or you coulddo like - the pumpkin spice latte in the fall, it's my favorite but they do not have it sugarfree. so what i'll do is i'll ask for two pumpspumpkin and two pumps sugar free caramel or

something like that to lighten it up. or youcan also just do it with less pumps because usually that's actually pretty sweet, youdon't really need four anyways. but don't be afraid to ask for your drink like you likeit. also the starbucks app is really, really good and it will tell you the nutrition ofeverything. so before you go you can know what you're getting. alright, so the last fast food place thatwe're going to cover in this video is chipotle - i saved the best for last. everybody lovechipotle and you can definitely find healthy stuff there. the problem is a lot of peoplethink that it's inherently healthy and it adds up. because those bowls are pretty big.so i just want to take you through the nutrition

because they have a nutrition calculator onlinewhich is pretty cool. so this will calculate the nutrition for everything for you. youpick what you want. so i generally do not go with the burrito because those wraps are300 calories. just the wraps. just the tortillas and 46 grams of carbs so that's a lot. i don'tusually get that. i either get the bowl or what i usually dois the salad because the salad is the same thing as the bowl but you get more lettuceon the bottom. so more veggies the better, right? you go through, you pick everythingyou want. so i usually go with the barbacoa. it actually has less fat. i think then the- actually it's the same. same amount of fat as the chicken. let's just put both so wecan compare. little bit fewer calories, same

fat and a little bit less protein. but i justprefer the taste. so i'm going with barbacoa. in case you didn't know, you can get halfn half. so you could do half chicken, half barbacoa whatever you want. then you pick everything. now this is whereit starts to add up. this is kind of what i generally do. i do black beans, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, corn salsa - coz you can't not have the corn - and i get guacamole on theside. now look at this. already this has added up to 645 calories, 59 grams of carbs, and39 grams of protein. that is pretty calorically dense dense. now since i got the guacamoleon the side i'm not going to eat the whole thing. i'll probably eat about half of it.but what if i want rice coz sometimes i want

to get some brown rice in there. it jumpsto a whopping 845 calories and 39 grams of fat. oh my gosh! 91 grams of carbs and 42.5grams of protein. that is half a day's worth of food right there. i mean, that's a lot. that's a lot of calories for one meal. andthen if you wanted cheese or sour cream, add on another - so we're pretty much at a thousandcalories here and almost a hundred carbs. and this is like pretty - this is pretty actuallya good order compared to what most people get. so remember if you get the burrito that'san extra 300 calories. so i don't usually get the cheese. today i'm not going to getthe rice and i'm going to go with it this way. 645 - that's still a lot but i'm in controland you can ask for them, as they're loading

it up, to do half beans or half rice or whatever.if you are looking for exact nutrition definitely use the website. another thing to keep inmind with the salad, this vinaigrette that comes on the side usually you're going towant to skip it because look at this. it is 270 calories and 25 grams of fat in just thevinaigrette. like that is insane. that is just the dressing. and it's 18 grams of carbs. so just don't - if you're getting a saladjust think of it as a bowl with extra lettuce. that's what i do. skip the vinaigrette. andit is important to keep in mind - so what i got at mcdonald’s was less calories thanthis, right? less calories, less fat, less carbs everything. but the ingredients wereterrible. so i would say even though mcdonald's

had more 'desirable macro nutrients", thatthe chipotle, because it is fresh ingredients and they do try to buy local when they can, this is probably a healthier meal. that being said, even if you eat - you know if you eattoo much - even healthy food, excess calories will lead to weight gain. so you have to findthe balance. but if i have the choice between mcdonald's and chipotle i will always go tochipotle and get something that has a little bit more calories that's going to be moresatisfying, more tasty and have more wholesome ingredients. alright, so christian was very sweet and wentand picked up chipotle because it's really rainy out and we didn't want to go out again.so a chipotle tip that my sister taught me

is even if you order there get it in to-gothing because then you can have this middle or foil thing on top and mix it up. so it'smuch better integrated when you dig in. so i got the salad bowl and i got guac on theside. i skipped out on the dressing completely. it's not really a salad. it's just got someextra lettuce in there. i got the barbacoa, i got the fajita veggies coz little bit ofextra veggies never hurt anybody, there's tomato salsa, the corn salsa because i lovecorn and black beans. and i skipped out on the rice because otherwise it would've beenyou know whatever i showed you. it was like hundreds and hundreds of calories. so eventhough sometimes i do get brown rice. like if i'm going for just fun and not worryingabout nutrition and just wanting to go all

out and eat it, i'll get it with the rice.but if this is like i'm trying to stay on track then i really don't want to eat a thousandcalories in one sitting. so i'm going to thoroughly enjoy this. and i'm going to eat about probablyhalf of this guac - chipotle guac so good. give me a thumbs up if you agree. and thatis all of the places we're going to cover for this video because i'm sure it is prettylong by now so thank you for everyone who beared with me and stuck around to the end.please give this video a thumb’s up if you like this vlog style. if you have any otherkind of "vlog" requests or just general video requests, recipe request, anything, commentthem below. so to kind of conclude this video on healthychoices when eating out, i kind of said this

in the beginning - but just remember, it'sgoing to be different for everyone. these are just some options and please don't criticizeanyone here for this. if you don't want to eat at any of these places you don't haveto, right? like i said i've avoided eating at mcdonald's up until now for years and iwill not eat it again after this experience. but if anybody does choose to, that’s theirchoice, right? so let them be - i'll let them be on their journey - and i've talked aboutthat in my vlog on judging others and their food choices so it's really important thatyou just worry about your own lifestyle and what works or doesn't work for you. and notworry about anybody else. so i wanted to do this to give you some ideasof - well first of all you know that i am

a normal person and sometimes i eat out ofthese places and i have to make healthy choices. but also to let you know that there are healthierchoices but sometimes they're not the ones that you think they are. anyway, that's theend of my rant. don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already and i will see youon monday with a brand new video. thanks guys.

healthy diet for active 14 year old boy

healthy diet for active 14 year old boy

i remember being seven years old, living iniran, and my father would take me to one of my favorite places. it was an indoor swimmingpool. massive indoor swimming pool and they would make these special drinks that i loved.and there was a man there who was a good friend of the family. they now live in southern california.love their family. and i remember that every time i would speak to this man, he would alwaysgive me so much respect. always give me so

healthy diet for active 14 year old boy, much respect. and on time he sat me down andhe looked me in the eye and he told me, "patrick, do you know why i respect you so much?" andi said, "no, i really don't know." he said, "because one day, you're going to lead theworld. because one day, you, as a seven-year-old, are going to be a 25, 35, 45-year old leadingother people. i want to give you respect from

now." i get the chills every time i tell thisstory, all over my body. you see, because, any president in the world, any great ceoin the world, any great entrepreneur in the world, at one point was a teenager with adream and a heartbeat, thinking, i want to do something big in my life. i want to makean impact in my life. how do i do it? so today's message is directed to teenageentrepreneurs. and by the way, if you're watching this and you're not a teenage entrepreneur, share this video with teenage entrepreneurs that you may know, or even teenagers thatwant to figure out a way to make more money. i'm going to share 14 different ideas thatany teenager can put in place, and start making money today. because i'm talking from experienceon how i started making money at ten years

old. let me start off telling you a couple of waysthat i did it. i remember being ten years old running a recycling business at a swimmingpool, local in germany. i remember being 13 years old, going around all over the place.i had a point here, so i want to go with the first one. the first point for teen age entrepreneursto make money -- it's something i did. and i'm telling you, i didn't grow up in awealthy family. some people that are watching this may say, "i'm from a prestigious family,i would never bring myself to that level." that's totally fine. i'm just telling youhow i made my money. i was 13 years old, living in glendale, californiaand i had a friend of mine named adrian. we

wanted to buy this card of sergei fedorovand sergei fedorov at that time upper deck came out. some of you may know sergei fedorov, their rookie card was a fascinating rookie card. we both wanted it and we wanted to buya box of upper deck and split the 36 packs, 18 and 18 we'd split it. and so when our parentswould go to sleep at night at 10, 11 o'clock, we had a shopping cart. i'd go grab the shoppingcart and we'd go to all the local -- this is what i did -- you don't have to do this.we'd go to the local trashcans and we'd collect either the cans or two liter bottles. andwe would collect them, we'd go to the local albertson's and recycle every single one ofthem. we'd make five bucks, and we'd do that a few times a week. eventually after a month, you have about $100. and you can buy cards.

whatever it was, that was mine. today, there are many other ways to do this.if i was 12 years old today, 11 years old today, 13 years old today, i would go to everysingle person in my community that my parents approved of -- you've got to make sure yourparents can say that you can talk to these guys, and you've got to make sure you getthe confirmation from your parents. but i would go and i would ask, hey, do you mindif i collect all your cans and i would give them special plastic bags or boxes for themto put and you'd come and clean it for them, except you're recycling. and i would bringthat back, and have bags and ask my mom or my dad to take me to the recycling place andi would recycle and take that money, so one,

you're being a positive, great citizen tosociety because you're cleaning the place out and number two, you're making money fordoing that. that's one of the ways that any, any, any teenage entrepreneur can make money.you may say, "pat, i don't like that idea." stay with me. second idea. here's the second idea. socialmedia. most adults have no clue about social media. i tell you no clue. when i say adults,i'm not talking about 22-year-olds, i'm taking about maybe 35, 45. it's not that they don'thave any clue -- but most of them don't know a lot about social media. and you would beamazed how many of them are intimidated by it. for instance, this whole idea came aboutbecause i'm on snapchat and i'm pretty active

now on snapchat. i'm on a 90-day health transformationprogram. i'm trying to get to a certain shape that i've never been before and i want toget to that. so every morning i post my pictures on what i look like, and it's not the mostcomfortable thing to do, but i want to get rid of this gut. i want to get into very, very good shape, just like i used to be at 21, 22 years old. and i'm starting to dialoga lot with people that use snapchat. [why don't we pull up my snapchat code so otherpeople can use it as well. and follow me on snapchat. i'm very active on snapchat.] andi'm getting a lot of teenagers that would message me and say, "pat, can you do a videoon entrepreneurship for teenagers? pat, can you give us some ideas? i know you talk alot about business and scaling and how to

do this, how about me? i'm 14-years old. iwant to find out how to make money. how can you help me?" so the idea for this video camefrom snapchat because i got a message and i responded back to it and said, "let's makea video for this." now, i didn't know how snapchat worked. letme tell you how i learned about how snapchat worked. i'm in bakersfield once -- mario, were you with me in bakersfield, when shawan was right next to me, and i said, shawna, show me how to use snapchat? and he started giving me ideas about snapchat. [mario: yes.]then i go to florida and was spending time with phoebe, she is now i want to say 16 yearsold and for 30 minutes, she showed me snapchat. she's 16 years old, i'm 37 years old. sheshowed me snapchat, right? "patrick do this,

here's how this works, you need to do this, you need to do that," and we went through the whole thing together -- you can do thisand you can put your finger and do this. all these things she taught me, i know nothingabout it. and by the way, let me put it to you this way. i would have paid $100 for that.i would have paid $100 for that. you may be 13 years old and watching this and say, pat,c'mon now. you'd pay $100 for that? yes! yes. if you go locally, and you tell your mom anddad, "mom, dad, can you start telling friends and family that i'm going to teach everybodyabout social media and how to use instagram and who do we have that's business owners.can you help me out?" parents don't mind helping you make money. so then you go out there andstart talking about how to use this, how to

use that and next thing you know, you're making$50 here, $100 here. there's even a guy, my pastor's son who started teaching other people-- his name is dallas -- who started teaching other people how to get a following on twitter.how to get a following on instagram. how to get a following. . . he started really doingso well that other people started paying him $300 a month, $200 a month, $400 a month fordoing this, and now he's got a business for himself. and every single month he helps increasefollowing and i know a lot of teenagers know how to increase following and exposure, thatmaybe adults want to know how to do. i will tell you, if i was 13 years old today, ifi was 12 years old today, if i was 14 years old today, i would be making at a minimum,$2000 - $3000 a month just teaching adults

on social media and it would not be a hardthing to do if i was that today. now you may say, "pat, i don't want to dosocial media." no problem, i've got another one for you. fiverr. let me tell you about fiverr. canwe put a picture of fiverr up here so they know what it is? fiverr is a website for freelancers.and you may ask, "pat, but for fiverr you have to be 18 years old." no you don't. forfiverr you have to be 13 years and older to be on fiverr. now you need parent approvalto get paid and all that other stuff, but you need to be 13 years old or older as afreelancer on fiverr to make it work. so what can you do on fiverr? here's what fiverr'sall about. you're a good writer? you say,

"i edit blogs" for $20, for $10, for $5, noproblem. people start sending you postings so you start with friends and family and ifyou do a good job for them, and you ask them to review you, and your rating goes up, nowyou're somebody that other people know, and you start getting $5, $10, $20 offers fromother people. we do this all the time ourselves at the home office. write, voice, you would be amazed, how manymovies, studios, need a voice for a certain script and all you do is sit there and recordthe same thing seven times and they pay you $20 for it. editing, graphic design, animation, photoshop, there's a lot of opportunities on fiverr for teenagers to make money on.

#4:babysitting -- pretty simple, not thatcomplicated. can i help you babysit? great, just make sure the parents that you chooseto help babysit, that are ones your parents approve of. it's very critical for your parentsto approve of who you're babysitting, while you're doing that. #5: pet sitting. there's a lot of guys andkids in the community that will come and say, "do you want me to walk the dog? i'll do itfor $10. i'll do it for $5. i'll do it for $20. great, they go do laps for 20 or 30 minutes, and i'll give them $10. i don't have a problem with that. and depending on the communityyou live in, you start watching people that have dogs, you monitor them when you're outside.you know, that lady has a dog, this lady has

a dog and you ask them, "hey, would you likeme to walk the dogs for you once a day? i charge $5 for once a day, $10 for twice aday," whatever the number may be for you, and you would be amazed how many people willsay yes. the next thing you know, if you have 10 clients, 10 dogs, and you're walking themonce or twice or three times a week, you're making $500 a month, $500 per month is a lotof money for a 13-year-old. #6- running errands. running errands. i havea next-door neighbor, this kid is named luke. i love this kid. i mean, i love -- i tellthis kid every single time, you're going to do big things in your life, because he'llcome and knock on the door, and he'll say, "hi jennifer. hi patrick. is there anythingi can help you with?" such as what? now, family,

pure world-class family on who they are. "isthere anything i can help you with?" they'll come and they'll play with my kids or they'llcome and do reading -- so many different ways. and you're talking $20 here $20 there, andwe may not think $20 is a lot of money, but luke is making $20 here and there and that's$100 bucks, $80 bucks, and he does that with five, six different families. look at thekind of potential that could be. #7: next, landscaping. landscaping is prettyobvious. a lot of kids do it, a lot of teenagers do it. mowing the lawn, shoveling the snow, picking up leaves, pulling out weeds, cleaning out the garage, there's a lot of ways youcan do that and get three buddies. ask who needs it and they'll pay $30 and you splitit with your three buddies, $10 apiece, and

you can clean it up, or $50. i wouldn't havea problem doing it myself and paying for somebody with that. next one, #8. code academy is a website strictlycreated and currently it's free. investors have invested i think a quarter billion dollarsinto code academy. it is a website similar to khan academy. they teach you how to code, for free. you don't pay them anything. so you're a 12-year-old kid and you know theworld's headed towards technology. and you want to learn how to code, go on code academyand start learning how to code. you will learn how to code. and if you learn how to code, guess what? i am a person that runs a liquor store. i want to have a website. now you canhelp me set up a website for $500. i'm somebody

local that your father needs help with something,i'll help with it. your mom, your uncle, your cousin, people start asking you. code academytaught yo how to build a website, now you know how to do it. now you have a websitebusiness. so codeacademy.com. #9 sell products and ebay and amazon. i didthis before. you can sell baseball cards, you can sell a lot of different things nowadays.you can go to a 99 cent store and buy a bunch of things for 99 cents. and i'm being deadserious with you. if you have a 99 cent store near where you live, and you sell that for$7, you sell that for $5, and you add $3.99 shipping and handling, and everything is goingfrom your house, and you're making money, and you don't even have to go anywhere. upscomes and picks up 20 items you sold, it goes,

you're paypal account linked, approved byyour parents, you're making money coming in, so there's a lot of ways you can do that withamazon and ebay. #10: next, start a blog. start writing a blog.so what do you write about? you could write about mickey mouse. you can write about thomasand friends. you can write about so many different things. you can write about movies that comeout for teenagers. you can write about g-rated movie, cartoons, disney movies. i met a guythe other day [where were we?] we were in san diego, and this gentleman got up and hewas a former attorney, and he makes $150,000 per year, and all he talks about is mickeymouse, and disneyland. that's all he talks about. all he talks about is mickey mouseand disneyland. so you could talk about frozen,

you could talk about anything that you knowabout frozen, anything you know about cartoons, anything -- it doesn't matter what it is.then you create a website and there's a following and you have your friends and family shareit, and the next thing you know, you have affiliates on your website, they're buyingthings, you have partners, there's advertising, and many opportunities will come up if youdo that with a blog. now do that if you are a good writer and make sure you get googleadsense to help you out with that. #11: the next one is to start a youtube channel.[mario, what is that youtube channel you were talking about, where a kid reviews toys? mario:evantube.] i saw this, i was fascinated by it, young kid, i want to say eight years old, evan tube. how many subscribers does he have?

[mario millions.] i want to say it's 2.9 milliontype of thing. evan tube has -- let's put a picture so they can see it as well, let'sgive evan tube some love -- 3.1 million subscribers. he monetizes that. his video right there hasthree million views. he monetizes that and youtube pays him and he's eight years old, seven years old. so he reviews toys. you can review games, new technology. you can do howto, how to use snapchat, how to -- it can be a how-to site. there's ways, i know ifmario and i were 14 years old right now, we'd be running a prank youtube channel and we'dbe rocking the house if we ran a prank youtube channel. i would be a rock star. i would bean online superstar if some of my friends from the past would know of the pranks i'vepulled, 99% of them we can't even share with

you right now but you can do pranks, youtubechannel. you can do online tutoring. i know a friend of mine, she was always coming outwith, i would mentor her for many years when i was in california. what was it called? [mario:tutors 2 you] and she started the business very small, and she was charging, you know,10, 15, 20, 35 bucks and all of a sudden, next thing you know, other people are, shecan't tutor the families any more, and other people. okay, and she started doing very, very well for herself with tutors 2 you, so you can do that yourself. you can sing, you can play an instrument.you can do a cover. you can do music lessons, you can do so many different things. now obviously, you've got to figure out how to monetize your

channel on youtube, and you can click on thelink on the bottom, a video that explains how to get your youtube channel to start monetizing, because you need a google adsense account, it's not hard to do. a lot of kids are doingit now. and all you need, you can do it with a phone camera, that's all you need -- a phonecamera. you can use a computer camera. you can get someone to create an opening for you,the ending for you. it's not hard. you can use someone from fiverr to help you make thevideo cleaner. there's a lot of ways nowadays to create and it's free to start a youtubechannel anyway, so give it a shot and see what happens. if you're not going to start a youtube channel, become a tutor. so you can tutor online.

so point #12 is tutoring. you can tutor math, english. start local, tell kids, put signs, put flyers that parents talk about it, andnext thing you know, you have a tutoring business. #13 is washing cars and detailing cars. iknow a lot of 11, 12-year-olds who work on cars with their fathers and they are fascinatedby cars and they're just so meticulous on how they handle cars because they saw it fromtheir father and what do t they do it right in front of their house, tell everybody to come at this time over here, park the car. use your dad's stuff that hehas and charge $10, $15 and wash the cars with a buddy of yours and split the money.by the end of the day, let me tell you something, here's a fascinating thing. i will not tipa kid or a teenager the same thing i will

tip an adult. i don't know why that is, butwe will tip teenagers more than we will tip adults. let me explain. it's a psychologicalthing. we want to help, right? so if i go out there and all of a sudden somebody doesa car wash for $25, no problem, here's another $20. it's $25. the other day, we were in highlandpark and i was looking at some purses for my wife and my son and i were walking, andthese kids were doing a lemonade stand, which is another way to make money. lemonade stand."oh, it's just a dollar for lemonade. i said, here's $20. why are you doing this?" we'repart of an entrepreneur program. remember this for the rest of your life. i give $20each and left, and they were so excited about it on what happened.

and the last point, point #14, here's point#14. this is my favorite one. and let me tell you, teenagers watching this, we are countingon you to help us out with this and there is a lot of money if you figure out how todo this. ready? grab a pen and paper. you can do it with your parents. you can do itwith a couple of peers. you can do it with a sibling and write down the most common problemsthat teenagers face today. i'll give you a few of them. write down the most common problemsteenagers face today and how can you be the solution to those common problems. ready?let me help you out. bullying. cyber-bullying. how can you help with that? #2 could be drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, believe it or not, nowadays it's out there with everybody. sex, peer pressure, dating. i know most parents don't want to

talk about this. it's out there. more aretalking today than before, but it's out there. so how do you fix that? how do you talk aboutthat? how do you create a business out of it that also serves and helps other people?peer pressure, comparison, constantly being compared to other kids, appearance, self-esteem,career, eating disorder, grades, fitting in, problems at home, broken homes, financial.it doesn't matter what it is. these are the problems, and i want you to sit because yourmind is extremely creative, and unfortunately, teenagers watching this, the world is generallygoing to force you to no longer be creative. you keep being creative. take your mind andsay, "what if we could do this? what if we could do that?" and then all of a sudden,oh my, we can do this. and then see if there

is a way of turning it into a business. generally,it could cost you $500 to start a business or $1,000 or $2,000 or $800 and you can goto uncles, local people helping you out, and the next thing you know, you're starting somethingsmall that ends up being something big. is it going to work 100% of the time? not atall. but guess what? quit quitting. keep going with it. you keep doing it and all of a sudden, some idea could end up becoming so revolutionary where we're reading about you on forbes magazineor inc. magazine or entrepreneur magazine or somewhere online that you created somethingthat is being used around the world. because we're counting on you to come up with newinnovation that we can use one day ourselves. so with that being said, now that we havethat down, we've got 14 different points,

there's a couple of things i want you to do.most teenagers that choose to become entrepreneurs -- you've got to think how entrepreneurs think.now this is for young entrepreneurs but teenagers nowadays are starting to read business bookslike never before. i wrote a book with a very good friend of mine called tom ellsworth.tom ellsworth is famous for being part of jamdat and he was one of the seven partnerswhen they sold jamdat to ea sports for $680 million. he's a very good friend of mine.he's the president of our company now. he and i wrote a book called the life of an entrepreneurin 90 pages. this is because of a video that we produced -- mario, when did we launch thevideo? october 31, 2015 that got 28 million views on facebook. we decided to write a bookcalled the life of an entrepreneur in 90 pages.

it's a simple book. buy this book. read thisbook. any young entrepreneur, anybody watching this ought to read this because the chapternumber one is probably the most important chapter and this is one of the reasons whywe put the chapter in there and it's called the truth: accepting reality. it's a difficultchapter, but it's a very important chapter. i wish i knew about that early one when ibecame an entrepreneur. buy this book, let's put a link somewhere on here. if we don'thave it here, we can put a link on the description and if it's on my website, it will be on thedescription as well for you to do that. go, read the book the life of an entrepreneurin 90 pages. and if you're watching this and you're not a teenager, please share this videowith other teenagers that can apply some of
