i keep on getting a lot of questions as to how i am so thin but what i definitely prefer is staying fit and healthy and i definitely watch my diet. so, please forget on crash dieting and starving yourself and living off coffee and cigarettes because, it's not going to work so here are some of the tips that i'm going to give you all to stay healthy
crash diet keep weight off, and diet well. i never leave home without one of these. water, which is very essential to keep your body hydrated. a lot of people eat when in actual reality, they are thirsty so they need to drink a lot of water to keep your body replenished
if you feel the need of drinking something besides water, you can always substitute water with herbal or green tea, rather than drinking coffee or all kinds of sodas or soft drinks. i make sure that i constantly eat during fittings or when my schedule is too busy so i either carry some fruit, or some nuts. this is high energy, so it keeps my energy levels up and also increases my metabolism. i'm scared of bloating when i'm modeling a sari or a bikini during a photo shoot or on the runway so my diet consists of rich fiber vegetables, like mushrooms and tomatoes. lastly, i really avoid salt, creamy sauces, vinegar, and soy sauces because it's not really healthy for your body. i substitute it with a lot of lime and natural herbs to spice up my food
