crash diet to kickstart weight loss, angela wein from weight watchers is here this morning. for a lot of people , this
is a yearly thing. maybe just break this down at the smaller goals. there's some sense along with recipes along from our new complete cut back. over 500 recipes. really good. the first goal is maybe to start
cooking. it's easier lose weight if you know within your food. and you can control the portions. i have an easy 20 minute recipe, this is possibly broccoli and goat cheese.
lots of protein, whole wheat pasta, i got broccoli with lemon zest and pet, sauteed and garlic, it's really flavorful, the goat cheese has lots of protein. if you don't like broccoli, switching with a vegetable you do like.
so you don't feel pressure to eat vegetables you like. second goal, snack healthier. snacks important because they keep us full during our meal. that will keep the lower calories. fruits and vegetables are great snacks, but i have a cucumber
dip with homemade peter chips, which was fun to make. you get your pita bread and split it, and you cut it like a pizza into little wedges and they get. i have cayenne pepper with paprika on their to give it paper.
-- flavor. this is a walnut and reason granola. through the goal is to exercise a little more. if we combined exercise and diet, we are more likely to be successful. finding the good protein and
carbs back to go with that is where it all comes in. you can have it with yogurt and making a meal. the key is finding healthy things you like to eat not feeling like you have to eat things you don't like.
