instagram and it snapped up because i do have giveaways going on every month there and if you go over there and tell me you're from this video i will spare you guys his life as long as you're not on private plus i just like asking questions of the day on their id make it monday little mini recipe videos i do tip tuesday wellness wednesday friday

favorites so i have a lot of like cute little fun things that are going on on my instagram so in this video we're making us three a different healthy recipes and i will link my healthy recipes playlist and down in description box in case you want to watch with more healthy recipe videos from me and yes let's get into it so first off we are

making this doodle all afraid oh it's so yummy and so easy to make and it's raw and gluten free as well so i'm using a to zucchini here and i'm just going to spiralize them and if you don't have a spiralizer i will link it to one on amazon and down in the description box they're super useful and i love making zoodles out of different vegetables you

can even do sweet potatoes noodles here or i guess noodle and they feels really good in this recipe as well then we're going to be making our raw alfredo sauce so i'm using half a cup of cashews one accord a cup of water a sprinkle of pink himalayan salt and the jews of one quarter of a lemon that i'm just rolling

out first that the juice is kind of release and it's easier to squeeze out to get that nice lemon flavor and in throwing in one clove of fresh garlic as well and then you just have to blend that up until the sauce is smooth and you can have this sauce warm if you want on normal pasta or on warm zoodles or you can have it raw like i'm having it

just cold with a cold doodle and it makes like a nice cold ross noodle salad i love this sauce it's so quick it's so versatile and it really does taste like alfredo but it's very free which is awesome next up we're going to be making a ton of pineapple kali rice because lately i've been thinking about this pineapple fried rice that i used to have

in thailand and i've been creating it so i thought i would try to recreate it myself so i'm starting off with a quarter cup of pineapple that i'm just cutting up into small chunks you can use fresh or frozen and then i'm going to use one tablespoon of sesame oil and heated pan along with one clove of garlic and 1 to 2 teaspoons of ginger

depending on how much ginger you like i love ginger we all know that so i'm putting in quite a bit of ginger but this really gives it that asian flavor and we're going to just stir that around until it kind of gets fragrant and you start to smell the ginger and smell the garlic then we're going to be tossing in our chunk of the pineapple and you're

going to cook that until it gets caramelized along with a little bit of veggies i just got an assortment of veggies that i found the grocery store that were already cut up to make it easy but you can cut your own a little bit of cashews as well because i love cashews and fried rice and then the star of the show this rice cauliflower that i just

got at the grocery store where you can make your own race cauliflower just by putting cauliflower into a folk processor and then waiting for it to get like into small chunks and then i'm cooking that down with a little bit of this bragg's soy seasoning and then you are good to go i love this this is so quick and easy you could totally throw

in some tofu or chicken or whatever kind of protein you like into this as well but i love it i love the nuts and this week pineapple is super yummy and lastly we're making this taco salad which is so fun so i'm making my corn tortilla little strips by just cutting up three corn tortillas and i love these because

they're just a few ingredients which is like corn water and salt in them so it's really good simple ingredients and you can easily make your tortilla chips at home so i'm cutting them into strips and then toss them out in a bowl with about 1 to 2 teaspoons of some chili powder which is going to give them like a really nice flavor and a little bit of

spice to the salad and to the ships so just toss that in it a bit you don't need to add oil or anything i found just tossing the strips with it was perfectly fine and then i'm going to be laying that out on a greased baking sheet that we're going to be putting in to the oven just make sure that they are not on top of each other's you definitely want to

lay them out side by side to make sure that they get individually crispy and you want to bake that for about 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees while that's cooking go ahead and take some washed tail and some tomatoes i'm just cutting these cherry tomatoes and a half because i like cutting them up so that they're not like cold chunks of tomatoes that

kind of like burst how i just like telling them in half first you can leave them whole if you would like and that's going to kind of be the salsa or like pico de gayo part of the salad because it's like the tomato part and then i'm just going to be adding in some avocado so you want to make sure your avocado is ripe and you can test this by if the top

pitted it comes out really quickly then you know that it is a nice and ripe so just go ahead and do that and then we're going to be making a nice lime little dressing so i'm using a tablespoon of olive oil along with a tablespoon of lime juice which i think lime is really good in like a mexican type sauce because it kind of feels like to put

lamp and a little bit of salt as well and then we can go ahead and assemble our salad so i'm putting the tomatoes on top of the kale and then i'm also adding in some black beans but you can use pinto beans or whatever you kind of really get it to pull a you can just add that in you can do some corn here if you want some actual salsa and then of

course i'm putting in some avocado because i don't think i can have this otto on those fast with avocado and then your tortilla chips will be done and you can just put those on the top kind of as in place of the tortilla and i love how this turned out it's so easy to recreate at home and you can really put whatever you would put in your burrito

or in your chipotle bowl into this ssl but you get a lot more nutrients from the kale and the vegetables okay guys so thanks for watching i hope you enjoyed it and i hope that these looks good to you because i'm obsessed like i would know if i can pick a favorite i do love like the fried rice it looks the fried rice but i all who love you alfredo and

masala this is really good they're all just really good leave me your favorite down below and yeah i will see you guys in my next video bye guys

easy healthy diets that work

easy healthy diets that work

hey guys! it's wengie here.welcome back to my channel. i really wanted to make this video to help motivate you guys to stay on track with your healthy eating plans. it's not really about how you look. it's really about how you feel and eating healthy really makes a huge difference to your life. and if any of you guys haven't heard or have gotten my 7-day healthy eating plan already, i just want to let you know that i've gotten such great feedback for it.thank you guys so much!

easy healthy diets that work, and the reason why i wrote up this healthy eating plan is my boyfriend literally lost nine kilos on it when he was super busy and working 10 hours a day. if you guys need a bit of guidance on what to cook and eat when you're trying to eat healthy, you can check out my ebook. i'm really proud to announce that we have raised this much money so far.

and today's video is a tribute to all you lazy girls like me because if you're anything like how i am, this is literally how you act around the house: yeah, i'm thirsty what? there's no more? eh, i'll live. fridge is too far. now being lazy can actually be a really good thing for your healthy eating. a tendency to really not be bothered to find food, like, there are times when i am like this: i'm a bit peckish. yeeeah, this will do.

the key to a successful lifestyle change is to work with your personality and not against it and because i am this lazy, it's actually the environment that plays a huge role in how i eat. if it's really, really easy to eat and convenient, you will eat it because it's just there. if you replace everything you have in your cupboard with things that you're supposed to eat, the same thing will happen because you're way too lazy to get other food, you will just eat what's in there. all you need to do is cut up some carrots and grab a tub of hummus. it's really that easy. it's so yum! you'd be surprised like how much food you have in your house but isn't supposed to be there. i am honestly so guilty of stocking my house up with food that is not good for me

simply because it's on special. 'kay, so i gotta get vegetables half price? hell yeah! two for three dollars? come to mama! so, if there's one thing, i want you guys to have a look at today, to look at your pantry, your fridge, your cupboard, everything in your house, and just evaluate whether you want to keep eating that kind of food. if it changes one thing, it will make such a huge difference, even if all other things are equal. so i hope this video has helped you guys, or reminded you guys to get back on track with your healthy eating because i know how hard it is, i am constantly struggling with that.

don't forget that i love you guys so so so so much, and i'll see you right back here in a couple of days. bye!

easy food for work potluck

easy food for work potluck

- hey guys. for this month's meatless monday, i wanted to give you anidea for thanksgiving. so if you're looking for a meatless entree to serve at this annual feast,

easy food for work potluck, i've got just the thing for you. so we're probably all familiar with cottage pie that has beef in it or shepherd's pie,

which is traditionally made with lamb, named after the shepherds who've looked after the flock, so i wanted to make a vegetarian version of this classic dish and name it gardener's pie after all the gardeners wholook after the vegetables. let me show you how quickand easy it comes together. so our first step is tocreate our vegetable base.

now i will say this. if you are planning a friends-giving, or you have lots of relatives in town, this is a great recipeto rope in a few helpers because this step is not the hardest part, but it's the most time consuming because we have to cut anddice a lot of vegetables. we're first going to begin by laying down two sliced onions.

so you want to do one on one tray, and one on the other. we're going to do the samething with two eggplants. we're going to slice those and put those on top of the onions. then we're going to takefour red bell peppers, and we're going to quarter them and put two on one tray and two on the other.

and then we also wannaquarter 10 roma tomatoes. you're going to put five on one tray and five on the other. this may seem like a ton of vegetables, but actually they areall going to cook down into the most delicious almostlike ratatouille consistency, so it does take a lot of vegetables in order to fill our casserole so that we can serve anywherefrom six to eight people.

then you're also going to add one zucchini that you're going to cut in half and then dice into little half moons. you're going to put one half on one tray and the other half on the other. eight cremini mushrooms thatyou're going to quarter, and again put four on oneside and four on the other. four garlic cloves thatyou can slice very thin and sprinkle all over the trays,

and then each tray is also going to get two tablespoons of olive oil. you just want to have it drizzled all over those vegetables, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of herbs de provence. if you can't find herbs de provence, you could also use a combination of dried basil, dried oregano, and a little dry parsley.

so now we are going to take our trays and pop them in the oven at 450 degrees, and they're going to roastin there for quite a while. it's going to take about40 minutes to an hour, and what you want to dois just take those trays and swap them out every 10 to 15 minutes, just so that each tray isgetting equally roasted. and once they've been inthere for about a half hour, you can go in and startto kind of mix them around

a little bit, makingsure all those vegetables are breaking up, andthen after the hour mark, you can remove your trays and you'll see how much those vegetables cooked down. and then you want to combine trays because you'll have a lot more room now, so you can take one tray andjust combine it with the other. and then you just want tokind of lay them all out so they're on a single layer,

and then you're going toadd one can of tomato puree, just plain tomato sauce, and then you want to stir that up, makingsure that all the sauce is getting incorporatedwith the vegetables, and then you also want to add one teaspoon of finely minced rosemary, and then you can mix that up. so now your vegetable base is ready to go, so you can transferthis into the casserole that you plan to serve this in,

and the great thing about this recipe, this can all be made the day before and you're just going to heat it up when it comes time to serve, so do make sure you put it insomething that's heat safe. so next we can make themashed potato topping that is going to coverthese delicious vegetables. so the first thing we want to do is take six russetpotatoes, cut them in half,

and then cut them in quarters. i think this is the best cut for a potato when you want them to allcook at the same time, and then we're going toplace them in cold water and we're going to set it to boil, and that's really thebest way to cook a potato if you want a nice andfluffy mashed potato is to start with cold waterand let the whole thing come up to a boil together.

now to get a really fluffyand delicious mashed potato, i think it really helpsto take your potatoes and put them through a ricer. a ricer is this little contraption that will give you the smoothest most delicious mashed potatoes, so if you want to dosomething extra special for thanksgiving, i do thinkthey are worth the investment. so you're just going to gothrough all your potatoes,

putting them through the ricer, and you'll see, you'll end up with a really nice fluffy looking mash. they look like littlegrains of rice, almost. i think that's probablywhy it got its name. and then because we'renot going to use butter for our mashed potatoes, instead we're going to use some olive oil, so i do like to add three tablespoons ofextra virgin olive oil,

which will not only flavor the potatoes, but it will also give them a really nice silky smooth texture. and then i also liketo add some fresh herbs to the potatoes, so we're going to use two tablespoons of fresh dill and one tablespoon of fresh chives, and then lastly, we're going to season with one and a half teaspoons of salt

and a little freshly cracked pepper. so you can stir thatall up until everything is nice and combined. now at this stage, youcould take these lovely mashed potatoes and just pop them on top of the vegetable base. that would definitely be great for sunday night dinneror a weeknight meal, but because it is thanksgiving,

i do like to take the extra step to transfer thesepotatoes into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip,and then we're just going to create little mounds of mashed potatoes all around our casserole, andthat will just look so pretty and so elegant when it'sreally a simple thing to do. so then at this stage, i just put the lid on my casserole and pop it in my fridge, and then when it comes time to serve,

you're going to take your casserole, keep the lid on, and place it in a 400 degree fahrenheitoven for 30 minutes, and that will help thatbase really warm up and get really delicious and bubbly. and after it's been inthere for 30 minutes, then you're going to remove the lid, increase the heat to 450 degrees, and bake it for another 10 to 15 minutes,

and that will just helpthose mashed potatoes get a little brown and crispy on top. and once it's done, youcan bring it to the table and let everybody dig in. this is another fun part about this dish. it's definitely oven to table. your guests can serve themselves. it's a beautiful dishnot only just to look at, but to have on a buffet.

it also makes a great potluck because it's very portable if you have to bring something to somebody'shouse for thanksgiving. and when you dig into it, you will see, you will have that beautifulkind of ratatouille base at the bottom mixed with those delicious fluffy mashed potatoes, speckled with those fresh herbs. you will definitely know whyi call this gardener's pie. it has just about every vegetable

that i grow in my garden represented and makes a fantastic main entree for vegetarian thanksgiving. i hope you guys give this one a try and let me know what you think, and i will see you guysback here actually tomorrow when i'm going to be bringing back my holiday helpers series. if you missed it last year, this is a special series

i like to do betweenthanksgiving and christmas that includes some wonderful holiday tips to keep you all sane during the most hectic time of the year. i'm going to show you howto get your house ready for guests, how to makesome delicious food gifts, table setting ideas, as wellas easy and elegant appetizers. so be sure to come back tomorrow and you can check out episode one.

the demonstrations you are about to see arefor educational and entertainment purposes only, and are not intended to be duplicated. get out your container of liquid nitrogen, and grab a box of neapolitan ice cream. this is the type of ice cream that has 3 flavorsin one, so go ahead and separate the colors into different containers, and give them acouple of minutes to melt. in the meantime,

easy food for work party, we'll need to fill a bowl, with liquid nitrogen.this stuff is -321âºf (-196âºc), which means it well below the freezing point, of yourparty guests. now if you try dripping your flavors in, one drop at a time, you'll noticethey instantly bead up, and freeze solid. when you've got all the flavors you need, simply scoop the tasty pellets into a serving

bowl, and voila! you've got a futuristic icecream, ready to serve, and enjoy. load up a bowl with mini marshmallows, andsprinkle liquid nitrogen over the top. the marshmallows should freeze instantly, butgo ahead and let them soak for about 30 seconds just to be sure. the end result is a sub-zero"chill pill", that's perfectly fine to eat, and lets you see your breath when you crunchinto it. now, if you flash-freeze a larger marshmallow, rather than eating it, try placingit on a plate and giving it a smack. it'll shatter into a thousand pieces. for this trick you'll need a glass bottlewith a narrow neck, and a party horn with a little hot glue, added around the bottom.when it gets placed in the bottle, it should

make a nice, snug fit. now carefully pourthe liquid nitrogen, so the bottle is a quarter full, followed by a shot of hot water. youcan see that when the horn is pressed into place, it becomes a crazy noisemaker, thatblows all on it's own. if you get a few of these going, you can really make some noise. when there isn't enough pressure to keep thehorns going, try adding more hot water to the bottle, and place a balloon over the top.there will still be enough pressure shooting up, to inflate the balloons, all on theirown. it will save you the effort, and the gas inside is completely harmless. cut the top off an empty soda can, and fillit up with more liquid nitrogen. if you let

the can sit for a few minutes, the extremecold, will pull oxygen out of the air, and trap it at the bottom. now try dipping a superstrong magnet into the liquid, and when you pull it out, you'll have liquid oxygen stuckto the bottom. at least until it warms up, and boils off. blow up a bunch of little party balloons, and soak them in a container of liquid nitrogen, so they shrink down to nothing. then quicklyscoop them all into a bowl, and stand back to watch the magic. rising from a layer ofmysterious flowing fog, your little balloon babies, begin to grow right before your eyes, spilling over and covering the table. they grow up so fast, don't they?

fill one of your small balloons with helium, and shrink it down in liquid nitrogen, like you did the others. scoop it out and placeit down on a table to see what happens. you'll notice that after a few seconds, it suddenlypops upright, then takes off like a little ufo. your friends should be impressed, tosee your little creation grow up, and begin to fly. well now you know 7 different party tricks, with liquid nitrogen. if you liked this project, perhaps you'll like some of my others. checkthem out at www.thekingofrandom.com

easy food for work lunch

easy food for work lunch

- a lot of you guys have been writing in asking for inspired lunch ideas, so today i'm so excited to share with you three of my very favorite quinoa recipes. what i love about these recipes

easy food for work lunch, is that they're perfect to pack for lunch, and you can eat the hot or cold, and they're delicious both ways. today, i'm gonna show you

my chinese fried quinoa, my tangy thai quinoa, and my cheesy broccoli quinoa. all three of these are protein packed, they're super delicious, and they're all vegetarian. the best part about them is that if you wanted toadd meat for extra protein, you totally could.

you could easily add someshredded chicken or steak, or even a little bit of canned tuna. so let's start by talkingabout how to cook our quinoa. now, it used to be that youwould rinse your quinoa first, most quinoa now comes already rinsed so you don't have to sweat it. in my quinoa, i liketo use vegetable stock. you can also use chickenstock, beef stock, mushroom stock, or just plain water,

all will do, but i find that the stock just gives the quinoa anadditional level of flavor. a ratio of two to one is ideal. so basically, you want two parts liquid to one part quinoa. you're gonna bring it to a boil, and then reduce the heat to minimum, put the lid on, and leave it for 15 minutes,

just let that bad boy simmer. after 15 minutes, turn off your heat and let it sit for another five minutes, while it continues to absorb all that delicious liquid. now it's time for ourchinese fried quinoa. now, i've already cooked off my quinoa. i have two or three cups standing by, and then, in my frying pan,

i'm going to add some sesame oil. you can also use canola oilor vegetable oil in this dish, but you don't want to usesomething with a low smoke point like olive oil, thatwill burn way too quickly as our pan heats up. so, we've got our sesame oil heating up. you can smell it's abit nutty and delicious. to that we're gonnaadd a small white onion and some garlic.

we're gonna stir this upuntil it gets translucent. once it's reached that point, we are going to add some carrots, and some frozen peas. we're gonna let those fry up for about two or three minutes until they just start to soften up a bit. then, we're gonna moveall of this delicious veg over to the side and we're gonna fry,

in the same pan, two eggs. the moment they hit this pan they're gonna start to scramble so be prepared to be on it. and, we're just gonna(mumbling) them a lot, we don't want them to burn, and it's that easy. now, if you don't to add the eggs, if you want to make this dish vegan,

that's no problem, super simple, just leave the eggs out, but i find it's nice additional protein. i'm just gonna cut it into little bits, and then i'm gonna mix it all together. then we're going to tossin our cooked quinoa, give it a good mix, then pour in a splash of soy sauce,

a little bit of hot sauce,if you like the heat, and then finish it with some green onions. you don't want to put them in before because you don't want to cook them, you want the to stay fresh, and boom. you have chinese friend quinoa that is absolutely delicious both hot and cold,

perfect for lunch. now, let's talk aboutour tangy thai quinoa. i absolutely love this dish because it's got a lot of crunch and a lot of flavor. i have two or three cups of quinoa already cooked standing by. to my quinoa, i'm gonna addsome shredded red cabbage, some shredded carrot,

and some red pepper. this is all gonna adda whole lot of crunch. then i'm gonna add a couple edamame beans, which are super deliciousand a great protein source, and then set it asidewhile we make our dressing. so we have about a teaspoonof peanut butter standing by, we're gonna add a littlehoney for sweetness, the juice of half a lime for some nice sour,

some soy sauce, don't be shy, and then, some red chili flakes for heat. finish it with one clove of garlic and some freshly grated ginger. give it a good stir. if you're feeling like it's too thick, you could add a little more soy sauce, or just add a drizzle of oil to it,

and then pour it all over your beautiful, tangy thai quinoa. this stuff is absolutely unbelievable, and the best part is, it's great on its own, or you could add some fried shrimp, or a little bit of chicken. it's really, really versatile. for our cheesy broccoli quinoa,

we are starting with twocups of vegetable stock and one cup of quinoa. we're gonna pour that into a sauce pan and let it come to a boil. once this guy's boiling, we're gonna turn our heat down to low, and let it simmer for ten minutes. i am starting with onegorgeous head of broccoli. just gonna cut off the stalk.

don't throw the stalk away. this is absolutely amazing in soup stocks, and also great for things like coleslaw, you could actually just shred it up and put it right in. it's delicious. at the ten minute mark, we're gonna toss in our broccoli, put the lid back on,

and let our broccoli steam for that last five minutes of cooking. once those five minutes are up, we're gonna turn off our heat, then we're gonna adda good helping of salt and a little bit of pepper. we're also going to add some paprika. then, we are gonna stir in one cup of sharp white cheddar,

and we're gonna put the lid back on, let it sit for five minutes, and boom, you have this delicious cheesy broccoli quinoa that is to die for. if you're not into quinoa, you can make this very same recipe, but just use rice instead. i hope you'll give thesethree lunch ideas a try and let me know how it goes.

tweet me or instagram me a photo of your own creations. i'd love to see what you'redoing in your kitchen. and, be sure to subscribeto the domestic geek for more deliciousness just like this.

easy fast diets that really work

easy fast diets that really work

the easiest keto diet plan available today. customized to you! hi everyone. so i wanted to make thisquick video today about the 21-day keto diet plan which i wrote and is available on myketocoach.com.so i had a few questions about who am i, why i wrote this, why it works, and why it's different.so really, my name is raj and i used to a 240 pounds, now i'm 175 and, you know, i'vebeen living the ketogenic lifestyle for 4+

easy fast diets that really work, years and the challenge i had is probablythe same as you: i was looking online, it's the easiest resource. and there's just somuch information and i just didn't know what to follow. the other biggest challenge waswhat to cook. all the keto meals are so elaborate. i personally don't like cooking so ineeded something simpler but highly effective

that can fit my busy lifestyle, that's whatit's all about. so that was the four core fundamentals of this book: making it simple, highly effective, and easy to follow. and now, you know, it's been 4+ years andis part of my life, that's why it's a lifestyle and not a diet. what does it include? so,the book has a big part of education: what is keto, why do i eat this way, and what doesit do. so, education is really important so then when you're in certain situations youmake the right choice. and understanding what's happening in your body between keto flu andhaving great energy, just understanding that's very criti — critical. and then really, you know, setting yourself up for success, so telling your family are doing this to gettheir support. you don't want to be challenged

every time you're eating something withoutcarbs, and getting them to understand as well. and then cleaning up your house of the junkfood, that really helps. so that's all in the book as well. and then lastly, there'sa section of, you know, tips and helpful supplements that could help in a few areas if there'sany gaps in your nutrition. and the recipes are super easy to follow as well, so there'sno elaborate meals in the book. and then why does it work? well, first ofall, every book that's purchased is customized to you exactly. so everything's calculated, all the meals prepared, they're very simple. they're based off bulk cooking so you cancook a ton — like a lot of the food and then throughout the week it's just grab andgo, grab and go. you can mix and match a few

of the things to give yourself a bit of variety.and every book purchased also includes two weeks of keto coaching. after you purchaseand read the book fully, if you have questions email me. i'm there to help and i really wantto help you through this journey and i'm always there anytime you need me. the whole book is very simple to follow andsimple to understand. it's really just, "this is why you do it and this is what you haveto do." it's pretty much simple as — it can't get simpler than that. so i really tryto make it integrate into any kind of busy lifestyle that everybody has. and lastly, working out. you know, it's morethan fat loss we're talking here. it's about

wellness, living a long life. so whether youcan workout at the gym or at home, there's different options in the book in there aswell plus a bunch of other information. so, you know, if you want to find out what otherpeople have said about my book, go to myketocoach.com. you'll see reviews there of other people andmaybe you're in some of those similar situations. you can see what they've said. lastly, this is a lifestyle. it's not a short-termdiet, but you know, people that are on keto and are in ketosis and keto adapted, theyfeel great: high-energy, feel great all the time, lack hunger, no carb cravings. it'ssuch a win-win situation, i don't know why anybody wouldn't want to be in the state.

well, subscribe to my videos, to my channel.i'll be making more videos. if you want a certain video made, email me and i'll seewhat i can do. and if you're looking for a ketogenic diet plan or any keto coaching checkout my site or give me — send me an email. all right, thank you.
